Entry-Level Roofing Sales Representative

MJ's Roofing & Remodeling is seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our growing sales team

No prior roofing or sales experience? No problem — we'll train you.

About the Role

As an Entry-Level Roofing Sales Representative, you'll help homeowners find the right roofing solutions for their needs. This is an excellent opportunity to start a sales career, learn the business from the ground up, and grow with a company that promotes from within.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Attend training sessions and learn our proven sales system
  • Meet and consult with homeowners about their roofing needs
  • Run company-issued leads and follow up with customers
  • Provide accurate estimates (training provided)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel daily within the local market
  • Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with homeowners
  • Roofing or sales experience is a plus but not required

Job Type

  • Full-time or Part-time
  • 8-hour shift (flexible)
