Duties

  • Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic territory management to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct thorough product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on roofing solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients through account management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Manage a designated territory efficiently by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and executing targeted marketing strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize sales while maintaining profitability.
  • Manage customer interactions, and monitor sales pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on project timelines, technical specifications, and installation requirements to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the roofing or construction industry.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales and lead generation initiatives effectively.
  • Expertise in business development strategies and account management techniques to grow client portfolios.
  • Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce for customer tracking and data analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer service mindset to close deals confidently while fostering trust.
  • Ability to conduct product demos that clearly communicate technical features and benefits of roofing solutions.
  • Skilled in cold calling, inside sales, retail sales, and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Analytical skills to assess market data, identify trends, and develop strategic action plans.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging presentations, negotiations, and building long-term client relationships. Pay: $45, $75,000.00 per year
