About the jobAt Zone & Co, we create solutions that help businesses run smarter, faster, and more efficiently. We're looking for a Product Enablement Manager to join our team and ensure our products are effectively positioned, adopted, and leveraged by both internal teams and customers.
In this role, you'll act as the bridge between product development and go-to-market teams, building scalable enablement programs, training initiatives, and readiness plans that accelerate product knowledge and adoption. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how our products are used across the organization and deliver real value to customers.
What you'll doDevelop and execute product enablement strategies that drive adoption and customer outcomes.
Build scalable enablement resources (playbooks, onboarding programs, FAQs, certifications).
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate product launches into effective enablement.
Deliver engaging training through workshops, webinars, and digital resources.
Ensure consistent product messaging and positioning across teams.
Create and maintain a product knowledge hub and up-to-date documentation.
Establish feedback loops between customer-facing teams and Product to improve adoption.
Track and analyze KPIs like adoption, retention, and sales productivity to refine programs.
Serve as a key advocate for the customer in product-related discussions.
5+ years of experience in SaaS product enablement, product marketing, or product management.
Proven success building and scaling enablement programs in high-growth environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex ideas.
Experience with enablement and collaboration tools (LMS, CMS, knowledge bases, analytics).
Ability to manage multiple initiatives, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's a plus).
