Job Summary:

This position requires a techno-functional Product Specialist
who will lead and support initiatives around
Enterprise CMS platforms
(AEM currently, migrating to Sanity). The person will need to manage no-code and code-based workflows, drive the migration process, and contribute to content strategy and prioritization. Key focus is on project management, content strategy alignment, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and document tasks for CMS enhancements and migration projects.
  • Support AEM implementations until the migration to Sanity is complete.
  • Lead the migration from AEM to Sanity CMS with minimal disruption.
  • Help develop content strategies that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Dev, Product, Engineering, and Content teams for seamless delivery.
  • Provide clear summaries and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Assist with task prioritization to drive maximum impact.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital analysis or as a Product Owner with Enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with
    Sanity CMS
    or other headless CMS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of
    no-code tools
    and basic coding practices.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of
    front-end development
    (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience in
    migration projects
    and content management workflows.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
