Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various machinery and equipment in a manufacturing facility. This role requires mechanical knowledge, precision, and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. The Machine Operator will be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes,
  • Set up and adjust machines according to specifications, including programming Fanuc and other programmable logic controllers.
  • Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and other technical documents to determine machining processes.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with team members on the assembly line for efficient production flow.
  • Handle materials using forklifts and assist with materials handling and packaging operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with factory experience Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and basic math skills.
  • Familiarity with various tools including hand tools
