Construction Project Executive for large-scale commercial projects in the DMV region

We are seeking an experienced, strategic Construction Project Executive to lead large-scale building projects across a diverse portfolio that includes education, government, hospitality, interiors, life sciences, multifamily, and repositioning renovations.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a construction professional with a proven track record of managing complex projects valued at $25 million or more. The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of experience, strong financial and operational acumen, and a collaborative leadership style that inspires teams and builds lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities include:


• Overseeing all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout


• Leading project teams and mentoring project managers and field staff


• Managing budgets, schedules, and risk across multiple active projects


• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders


• Driving project performance, quality, and client satisfaction
