Job Summary

6ixty Wings is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associates / Cashiers to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. A background in technology sales or merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling procedures.
  • Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
  • Exhibit strong phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve customer service standards.

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities are essential for success in this role.
