This role builds strong relationships with developers, brokers, and internal teams to identify prime locations, negotiate deals, and ensure seamless store development. Key Responsibilities:

Strategize Expansion: Identify prospective sites, analyze floor plans, occupancy, and growth projections to support sales strategies.

Partner Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with developers and brokers; attend meetings and business trips to strengthen partnerships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Construction, Compliance, Accounting, and other teams throughout the development process.

Project Management: Assist with real estate activities including procurement, change orders, scheduling, and project updates.

Reporting & Communication: Prepare reports, presentations, and agendas for executive management and vendors to streamline information flow.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in store development or construction accepted.

Experience: 3–5 years in retail or hospitality development, construction management, or related fields.

Skills:

Strong organizational and communication skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of construction processes, permits, and budgeting
