Join a Winning Team at Midas

Midas is looking for a proven, hands-on District Manager to oversee multiple store locations and ensure operational excellence across the district. You'll work directly with Store Managers and technical teams to drive performance, achieve sales goals, and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop Store Managers and their teams across multiple locations
  • Monitor KPIs including car count, ARO, GP$, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training across the district
  • Execute company initiatives and ensure consistency across all shops
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth
  • Manage financial performance and implement strategies to meet goals
What We're Looking For
  • Proven success managing multiple locations in automotive service or retail
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
  • Deep understanding of store operations, sales processes, and profitability
  • Experience developing talent and promoting from within
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel between locations
