About the Role
The District Success Lead is responsible for managing high-level relationships with school districts and department of education officials to strategically drive adoption of EVERFI's no-cost platform and digital resources within regional portfolios. This role works closely with the regional K-12 Implementation Specialists to support implementation of EVERFI's programs at the school level, and also collaborates with our Customer Success and Sales teams, which are tasked with securing funding so EVERFI is available at no cost to schools.
Responsibilities:

Log activity (meetings and interactions, course support level, strength of relationship, etc.) and progress summary notes in Salesforce and keep contact information of district administrators up to date.
Develop and maintain current knowledge on trends within the K12 system, education technology, and EVERFI's platform and courses: understand standards alignment, challenges faced by educators, implementation best practices across the country, etc.

Leverage district relationships to help plan student events in the region for K12 customers, including suggesting school districts that would be a good fit for hosting the event, and conducting outreach to district administrators to gauge interest and ask for support in securing schools for participation in the event.
Support customer success and sales teams by serving as a liaison between K12 school districts and EVERFI's customers who provide the funding for the resources, including joining meetings with customers and prospects to speak to the need for this education and the positive impact on students, educators, and the greater community, and working with school districts and the greater K12 implementation team to ensure that the customers' programming is being utilized at scale across the sponsored schools.
