Who You Are
You are a motivated Customer Service professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional client support and service on daily basis. You excel at multitasking, active listening, and have experience leveraging technology while maintaining a personal touch. You are a focused, no-quit, A+ player and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can work with teammates that will match your drive and grit.
***Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm EST***
What You'll Do- This rep will be responsible for answering calls, completing tickets, and emailing/calling customers with the information requested
- Provide in-depth support and solutions to the Client Services Team
- Organize and review customer documentation
- Review and make appropriate changes to accounts daily
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure all requests and/or updates are completed in a timely fashion
- Follow up with specific departments as needed
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Become a subject matter expert on BHG solutions & products
- Associates degree preferred or related work experience
- 1-2 years experience in a professional setting
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of financial documents and customer files
- Must have great organization and multi-tasking abilities
- Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
The compensation package will include a base salary, performance bonus, overtime eligibility and benefits.
