Sr. Partner Marketing Manager
at Klaviyo

you will be at the forefront of fueling Klaviyo's expansion in the mid-market and enterprise space across North America. In this role, you'll design and execute strategic marketing initiatives that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen relationships with our growing partner ecosystem.

You'll collaborate closely with partners to activate campaigns that resonate, deliver results, and build momentum. From launching scalable co-marketing programs to analyzing performance data for continuous optimization, your work will be tightly aligned with mid-market and enterprise sales goals - and instrumental to our success.

Working cross-functionally with mid-market and enterprise Partner Sales and other teams across and beyond Klaviyo, you'll serve as a connector and catalyst for innovation. Your efforts will directly impact partner engagement and lead generation, helping drive Klaviyo's continued growth in the mid-market and enterprise market.

This is a high-visibility role for a strategic thinker and hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - and knows how to turn great ideas into measurable results.

How You'll Make a Difference

  • Develop and execute co-marketing programs with partners to drive mid-market and enterprise demand generation, pipeline growth, and partner engagement across North America.
  • Collaborate closely with mid-market and enterprise Partner Sales to align marketing strategies with sales goals and partner business objectives.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution—from concept and planning to launch and performance tracking—ensuring each initiative delivers measurable impact.
  • Work with partners to plan and execute campaigns at scale, in-person events and webinars that engage brands, highlight the strength of our joint value proposition, and address key customer needs.
  • Activate and support partner-led marketing initiatives, providing tools, content, and guidance to help partners effectively market Klaviyo.
  • Leverage performance insights and analytics to continuously optimize marketing programs, improve ROI, and refine targeting and messaging.
  • Champion the voice of the partner, advocating internally for needs and opportunities that can drive stronger collaboration and market penetration.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitive dynamics, bringing fresh ideas to enhance partner marketing effectiveness in the mid-market and enterprise segment.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing—and a passion for translating strategy into real business impact.
  • A strategic thinker and hands-on executor who knows how to plan, build, and run integrated marketing programs that drive measurable outcomes and align with sales goals.
  • A collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments and knows how to build strong relationships with sales, partners, and internal marketing teams.
  • Data-driven and insights-focused, you use metrics to measure success, optimize performance, and inform decision-making.
  • A strong communicator who presents ideas with clarity and confidence—whether you're aligning stakeholders or pitching a campaign strategy.
  • Accountable and goal-focused, you take ownership of your work and consistently deliver on commitments in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Experienced in planning and executing impactful events and webinars that engage partners and drive leads.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel for partner meetings, events, and on-the-ground collaboration.

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant's job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.

In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.

Base Pay Range For US Locations:$104,000—$156,000 USD
