Bilingual (German/English) Business Development and Marketing Specialist

- Support with LinkedIn Sales Navigator activities, including lead research, outreach preparation, and data organization
- Identify and qualify high-value inbound leads
- Coordinate with German and European Partners to monitor leads
- Contribute to business development initiatives to expand our German/European client base
- Work with our CRM system and ensure continuous maintenance of leads, contacts, and activities
- Monitor Google Alerts and industry news to identify relevant business development opportunities
- Analyze markets, target groups, and competitors to derive insights for business development strategies
- Support the creation, scheduling, and optimization of LinkedIn organic and paid posts (text, image, and video content)
- Track performance metrics of LinkedIn campaigns and prepare summary reports.
- Maintain cooperative relationships with other teams
- Other business development and marketing support as needed
- Fluent German writing and communication skills
- 1-5 years of professional experience in sales/business development
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Understanding of CRM systems and data management best practices
- Dedication to teamwork and integrity within a professional environment
- Open-minded and interested in activities such as networking or presenting
- Strong writing and editing skills for social media and client-facing materials
- Confident in working with analytics tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience in Sales
- SUGAR CRM or Microsoft Dynamics experience
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience
- MS Office knowledge
