As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market share and driving strategic sales initiatives within your designated territory. This position will focus on nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our comprehensive range of fire protection products and solutions. Develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets Manage and grow relationships with key customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities in the assigned territory Provide detailed, tailored proposals that align with client needs, presenting our products’ unique value propositions Work closely with technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly Monitor competitive activity and market trends, providing feedback to management and product development teams Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and expand professional network Manage sales forecasts and reports, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and convey complex product information Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients under tight deadlines Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Sound judgment and decision-making skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) is a plus Any fire protection industry certifications or equivalent knowledge deemed beneficial
