Cold Caller/Business Development Associate (Commercial Janitorial Services)A Certified Minority Woman Business Enterprise with nearly 30 years in the commercial janitorial industry is seeking a motivated Cold Caller/Business Development Associate to help grow our customer base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on making connections, enjoys starting conversations, and has a talent for building relationships.Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective businesses utilizing our sales software platform to introduce KG Facility Solutions and generate interest in our services.Identify decision makers and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.Network through industry events, business groups, and online platforms to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups in our CRM system.Represent KG Facility Solutions professionally and communicate our value in enhancing facility cleanliness and wellness.Qualifications:Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (B2B preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.Networking skills to engage with local businesses and associations.Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven.Knowledge of the commercial janitorial or facility services industry is a plus but not required.Some marketing skills are a plus, but are not required.What We Offer:Base hourly or salary pay (commensurate with experience).Monthly commission opportunity on recurring accounts acquired for the first 12 months.Performance-based incentives.Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) benefits.Opportunities for professional growth within a company that values its employees and relationships.Supportive team environment and training.The chance to represent a company with a long-standing reputation for quality and reliability.
