Our team is dedicated to making every patient’s experience comfortable and seamless, using advanced technology and a patient-first approach.Do You Find Fulfillment In:Welcoming and assisting patients from the moment they arrive.Creating a calm, professional, and friendly first impression.Managing schedules and coordinating appointments efficiently.Communicating clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and team members.Multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced setting.Problem-solving and handling challenges with a positive attitude.Taking ownership and following through on details to ensure nothing is missed.Primary Responsibilities:Patient Reception: Greet and check in patients, collect paperwork, and ensure all information is complete and accurate.Phone & Scheduling: Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, manage calendars for multiple providers and locations.Patient Intake: Guide patients through electronic registration, insurance verification, consent forms, and medical/dental history collection.Coordination: Communicate effectively with clinical and billing teams to ensure a smooth patient flow.Customer Service: Address questions, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.Records Management: Scan, file, and update patient records in the electronic health record system, maintaining strict confidentiality.Facility Support: Help keep the reception area and waiting room neat and welcoming.Education:High school diploma or equivalent (Required).Experience:1 year in a medical, dental, or customer service setting (Preferred).Familiarity with electronic scheduling systems, EMR/EHR, or dental/medical office software (Preferred).Other DetailsCompetitive salary, negotiable based on experience.Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available.Locations:9911 Kennerly Rd, Ste E, St. Louis, MO 63128.1155 E Gannon Dr, Festus, MO 63028.456 N New Ballas Rd, Suite 249, Creve Coeur, MO 63141.Apply hereBe the face and heart of our practice - where your warmth, organization, and attention to detail make all the difference
