This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing company known for delivering trend-driven products that exceed customer expectations.  Salary/Hourly Rate: $30/hr - $35/hr Depending on experience  Position Overview:  Our client is looking for a Freelance Production Coordinator with HSN or QVC experience to oversee and support the end-to-end production process across multiple apparel categories. This role involves managing timelines, tracking orders, communicating with vendors, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. Responsibilities of the Production Coordinator:
  • Coordinate daily production operations from development through delivery across categories such as knits, wovens, and dresses.
  • Track production timelines to ensure on-time deliveries and proactively flag potential delays.
  • Communicate directly with domestic and international vendors to monitor production progress and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate WIP reports, POs, and production trackers.
  • Support fit sessions by preparing samples and tracking comments/approvals.
  • Collaborate with Design, Tech, and Logistics teams to align on calendar milestones and product status.
  • Conduct quality checks and assist with QC processes as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and vendor performance optimization.
Required Experience/Skills for the Production Coordinator:
  • 4 years of experience as an Apparel Production Coordinator.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end production lifecycle.
  • Must have experience working with HSN or QVC.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PLM.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
