We are hiring for Outbound Healthcare Call Center Representatives at our Healthcare client These positions are remote and require reliable internet and home workspace. Remote roles but must reside in CST. Must have previous high volume outbound (60-100+ calls per day) experience.

Contract: Start Date typically 2-3 weeks from offer Pay: $22-23/hr Location: Remote CST High Volume Inbound/Outbound Healthcare Calls| Structured Call Center Environment Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm

What You'll Be Doing:

  • High volume outbound calls (60-100+ per day)
  • Signing up members for a program - sales experience a plus
  • Data Entry and navigating multiple computer screens
  • Excel experience for basic reporting Typing (minimum 60WPM / 95% accuracy) and Computer Literacy assessment required
