Responsibilities

  • Record customer interactions accurately using data entry and Microsoft Office
  • Promote products and services to potential clients
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior call center experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
