You may be eligible for a $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS and a $2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for PM shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for optimal patient care.
- Utilize aseptic techniques in preparation of materials and equipment for surgeries.
- Assist with various surgical procedures, anticipating the surgeon's needs.
- Set up the operating room, manage equipment, and ensure environmental safety.
- Transport patients and maintain specialty carts with necessary supplies.
Educational and Certification Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the AHA within 6 months of hire.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, perform a variety of physical activities, and maintain high levels of stamina in a fast-paced environment.
- Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
