NeoWork is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and organized Lead Appointment Coordinator to drive outreach efforts and generate meetings for a cutting-edge AI-focused company. In this dynamic role, you will manage automated email campaigns, engage actively with interested prospects, and set up qualified appointments for our operations team.
Your primary responsibility will be to follow up with leads, assess their interest, and ensure they are connected to the right meetings. This position demands excellent communication skills, unwavering consistency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We seek a candidate with experience in phone-based sales, a positive mindset, and the resilience to manage rejection while maintaining professional and clear conversations. Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage automated email sequences to spark interest and secure appointments with prospects.
- Initiate follow-up calls with prospects who respond to email outreach for scheduling meetings.
- Assess and prioritize leads based on their needs and engagement levels.
- Maintain a high productivity level and consistently meet weekly booking targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations to optimize workflows and enhance performance.
