Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in California. This opportunity starts on Dec 1, 2025, and offers a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The ideal candidate is bilingual, experienced with CA Medical and ORP paneling, and committed to a 6-month contract with a strong background in rural health and preventative care.

- Deliver primary care services in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting
- Manage patient visits addressing three or more complaints as needed
- Provide rural health care, emphasizing quality metrics and preventative care
- Document and manage patient care according to organizational protocols
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Strong preference for candidates who are bilingual
- Must be panelled with CA Medical and ORP
- Commitment to a 6-month LOA required
- Experience in rural health and understanding of quality metrics are highly valued
