Location: Berkley, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $320,000–$330,000 per year
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Family Practice Physician to provide high-quality primary care and clinical leadership within a busy community health clinic serving a diverse adult and family population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, and behavioral health staff to deliver coordinated, team-based care.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, performance review processes, and clinical protocol development.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution; board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
- Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Prior experience in a community health or underserved setting preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence in clinical care, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
