JOB DESCRIPTION
- Engage in various activities, requiring them to be on their feet and active throughout the day
- Handling a significant volume of paperwork, including printing, filing, scanning and organizing documents
- Responsible for receiving and delivering mail within the organization, as well as being one of the few individuals trained to handle outgoing mail efficiently, including occasional trips to off-site USPS, UPS, or FedEx locations
- Taking charge of ordering office supplies, ensuring that necessary items are stocked, and keeping track of inventory levels
- Monitoring and managing inventory for snacks, beverages, water, and other refreshments, ensuring availability for staff members
- Managing postage and handling mail-related tasks, such as preparing packages for shipping and ensuring accurate postage
- Assisting in the setup and cleanup of meals during busy seasons, ensuring a smooth dining experience for employees
- Occasional reception area coverage
- Must be available to work on Saturdays during peak seasons (January through April)

- Work is conducted in a professional office environment with minimal distractions
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and performing work in front of a computer screen
- Must be able to move around the office on a regular basis for tasks such as setting up and taking down catering orders, delivering supplies, packing and unpacking boxes, etc.
