You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care for our patients during surgical procedures.

Location: Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay ranging from $26.10 to $39.15, based on your qualifications and experience.

  • A $2,000 sign-on bonus specifically for evening shifts at ASLMC.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and efficient operating room, utilizing aseptic techniques.
  • Prepare materials, supplies, and equipment for surgeries.
  • Assist surgeons by anticipating their needs and managing the sterile field.
  • Manage patient positioning and transport, ensuring safety and comfort.
  • Notifying staff of any equipment or supply issues and maintaining specialty carts.

Qualifications:

  • Completed an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required within six months of hire.
  • No prior surgical technologist experience is necessary.
