Location: Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Hours: Full-time, evening shift, with 40 hours per week and rotating on-call responsibilities.

Compensation: $26.10 - $39.15 per hour, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus eligible with distance-based relocation and an additional $2,000 sign-on bonus for PM shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare materials and equipment for surgery using aseptic techniques to ensure a clean and efficient operating room environment.
  • Assist surgical teams by passing instruments and supplies, anticipating their needs, and ensuring a sterile field.
  • Set up and disassemble operating rooms and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Function as a second assistant during various surgical procedures.
  • Maintain inventory and the condition of specialty carts and equipment.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Completion of an accredited program in Surgical Technology.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.
  • No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.
