We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Consultant who will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent across various departments. This role emphasizes a strategic approach to engaging high-quality candidates through diverse channels and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate journey.
- Leverage multiple sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to attract candidates.
- Conduct thorough resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Create compelling and clear job descriptions for various platforms to draw in top talent.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), monitor key recruiting metrics, and produce reports for management.
- Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Strengthen the employer brand by promoting the company’s values, culture, and opportunities through marketing and social media channels.
- Advance diversity in hiring practices by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds and ensuring equitable recruitment processes.
- Organize and facilitate onsite interviews, assessments, and recruitment events, ensuring a professional and smooth experience.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to prepare attractive offers and negotiate terms with candidates while ensuring a seamless pre-employment process.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies throughout the hiring process while maintaining thorough documentation.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key and high-volume positions to meet future hiring demands.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition within a corporate setting or fast-paced sales environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding best practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools; experience with Paycom is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to cultivate relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proven capability to manage multiple recruitment processes and priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and efficient time management.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions, even under pressure.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented individual who takes initiative and approaches problems proactively.
- Effective conflict resolution skills, balancing business needs while nurturing positive working relationships.
- Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within all aspects of hiring and talent strategies.
- Proficiency in English with outstanding communication skills.
