Business Analyst Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Manager - Capital Markets for our client on a project basis. This contract role is hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina.

• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, providing guidance on best practices in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Capital Market teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
• Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending actionable solutions based on data analysis.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit business requirements and ensure stakeholder engagement.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner to support strategic planning.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• 8+ years of relevant business analyst experience
• 1-2 years of Capital Markets banking experience
• Ability to work onsite in Uptown Charlotte at least 3 days a week
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
