Accounts Payable Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately code invoices and suggest correct coding where necessary.

- Handle coding for qualified grant expenditures.
- Maintain strong vendor and client relationships.
- Prepare for year-end 1099 reporting.
- Ensure accurate recording of invoices and preparation of checks.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies on vendor statements.
- Participate in additional projects as needed.
- Associate's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an accounts payable position.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Capability to manage accounts for multiple companies.
