We are on the lookout for seasoned, innovative recruiters to join our ranks as Senior Healthcare & Medical Sales Recruiters. This isn't just another office job; it's your platform to shine. You will take charge of full-cycle placements while nurturing robust client relationships. And thanks to some of the most competitive commission rates in the industry, you will reap rewards commensurate with your contributions.
Your Contributions
- Manage Full-Cycle Searches from start to finish.
- Provide Client Partnership, grasping their hiring requirements, pain points, and cultural dynamics.
- Implement Strategic Sourcing utilizing our state-of-the-art CRM/ATS alongside your personal network and tools, including our unique communications platform.
- Utilize Our Dynamic Platform to oversee candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that foster sustained value for clients while generating significant commissions for you.
- Engage in Thought Leadership as we elevate our brand - as well as yours.

- Work Remotely: Experience complete flexibility with a fully remote position.
- 2-3+ years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience.
- A solid grasp of healthcare or a willingness to learn, as we provide coaching.
- Proficient in managing client relationships and successfully closing offers.
- Comfortable using ATS/CRM systems (we will train you on ours).
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to build a sustainable future.
