Your Responsibilities
- Conduct Full-Cycle Recruitment: From the initial intake call to final placements, you will own the process.

- Automate and Organize: Use our technology to streamline candidate management, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining organization.
- Focus on Long-Term Placements: Prioritize quality placements that lead to enduring relationships for your clients.

- 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruitment or consultative sales is a must.
- A foundational understanding of healthcare or eagerness to learn the nuances.
- A proven track record in client relationship management and offer negotiation.
- Ability to navigate ATS/CRM systems confidently (training provided on our system).
