Your Responsibilities
  • Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment processes from initial consultations to final placements.
  • Act as an Advisor to Clients by understanding their unique hiring challenges and cultural needs.

  • 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruitment or consultative sales.

  • Comfortable navigating ATS/CRM systems (training on our platform is provided).
  • An entrepreneurial approach with ambitions of long-term success.
