Description - Your Daily Impact
  • Conduct a variety of routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology in line with established protocols.
  • Evaluate test results meticulously, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments in peak condition.
  • Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis with care.
  • Keep meticulous records of all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and ensure adherence to lab quality standards.
  • Cultivate a clean and safe workspace while following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.
Certifications
  • Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
  • Maintain certification throughout your employment.

  • Independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities, especially within dynamic or high-pressure environments.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in quality control and documentation.
