Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Provider, you will deliver exceptional direct care to patients and their families within our service units.

  • Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to help patients meet their established care goals.
  • Engage in direct patient care, including obtaining, documenting, and reporting relevant patient data in accordance with the care plan.

  • Implement therapeutic measures directed by an RN or MD to support optimal patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required
  • Preferred experience in a Medical/Surgical office setting
  • Specialization and/or specific experience may be required as needed
  • This role involves providing coverage at various regional offices, offering a dynamic workday and opportunities to collaborate with multiple teams and communities.
