Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare manufacturing industry , is seeking a Recruiter to join their HR team in Maple Grove, MN. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting staffing and recruiting initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Maple Grove, MN (Hybrid Schedule - 3+ Days Onsite)

Pay Range: $25/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 12-Month W2 Contract (potential hire for the right individual)

Job Functions:

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in staffing and recruiting efforts.
  • Utilize recruiting processes to leverage resume tracking software and optimize staffing strategies.
  • Conduct interviews by evaluating employment factors such as experience, education, training, skills, and knowledge.
  • Prepare, extend, and negotiate competitive job offers.
  • Gather and prepare data for HR initiatives and programs, creating files and documents in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of recruiting experience.
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting, manufacturing, or direct labor is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
