About the Role

We're looking for a Recruiter to join our team and support high-volume recruiting efforts. In this role, you'll help drive staffing processes, manage candidate pipelines, and contribute to HR initiatives that make a real impact. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about connecting talent with opportunity, this is the role for you
What You'll Do
  • Manage recruiting processes using applicant tracking systems
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, and qualifications
  • Prepare, extend, and negotiate competitive job offers
  • Support HR initiatives by creating reports and documents in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Maintain accurate data in HR systems (Payroll, Employee Data, Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment)
  • Provide guidance on HR processes and procedures
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma required
  • 1+ year recruiting experience
  • High-volume recruiting in manufacturing or direct labor preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

Pay Details: $21.88 to $25.66 per hour
