Introduction

In this contingent resource assignment, you will have the opportunity to participate in initiatives of varying complexity and identify opportunities for process improvements within Change Implementation. You will review and analyze assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Additionally, you will present recommendations for resolving situations and exercise independent judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. You will provide information to client personnel in Change Implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis.
  • 2 years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in large-scale transformation programs.
  • Experience with change management activities, particularly in rolling out and onboarding users to new tools.
  • Experience in product testing and user acceptance test planning.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Play a key role in change management activities associated with rolling out and onboarding Sales users to a new Pricing tool.
  • Participate in product testing and user acceptance test planning.
  • Guide migration from legacy tools and partner with external vendors to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
