Introduction

Join our team as a Business Execution Consultant 2, where you will play a vital role in facilitating safe and secure international business travel. This position is part of the Global Travel Risk Program within the Intelligence and Risk Analysis team, focusing on ensuring compliance with travel policies and supporting crisis management operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly on a W2 basis.
  • 2 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft communications for senior executives.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience supporting global travel, travel risk, or corporate security programs for multinational organizations.
  • Proficiency with office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience using third-party travel risk platforms like Crisis24/Worldcue, Everbridge Travel Protector, or International SOS.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Review travel requests and itineraries to elevated risk destinations to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Monitor the Global Travel Risk mailbox and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support crisis management operations during major incidents, which may include working outside of normal business hours.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to facilitate information sharing and document regional travel risks.
