In this contingent resource assignment, you may participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Business Execution. You will review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Business Execution. You will receive direction from a supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
  • Call center experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of the call center environment with its strict schedule requirements is necessary.
  • Customer service oriented with basic technical skills.
  • 6 months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility are a plus.
  • Prior experience providing support with technology within a call center environment is beneficial.
  • Broad technical exposure and experience providing support across multiple platforms and environments will be helpful.
  • Strong communication skills, both phone and written, are essential.
  • Phone support background is desirable.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in a technical support role, Level 1 or 2, is advantageous.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Work in a support environment, answering calls and emails.
  • Focus on providing resolution to issues when brought forward, rather than call volume measurement.
