Introduction

We are seeking a talented individual to lead our Salesforce initiatives, ensuring the delivery of scalable and robust solutions across multiple clouds. Join our team and collaborate with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce programmatic development, administration, and functional design
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Einstein Analytics
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns
  • Experience with AI-driven workflows, predictive analytics, and conversational AI capabilities
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Antirabbit for CI/CD
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture, including AWS, Azure, or other platforms
  • Experience working in regulated environments (ITAR, NERC CIP, NRC)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
  • Lead end-to-end architecture and technical delivery
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives
  • Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for complex business challenges
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data privacy, and ethical AI guidelines
