As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritizing work tasks while anticipating customers' needs.
  • Coordinating with your team to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
  • Maintaining an organized system to manage takeout and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Upholding cleanliness and adhering to sanitation guidelines throughout the deli and dining area.
