Bilingual Youth and Family Mental Health Clinician

As a part of our Community Based Services, you will provide essential short-term support and stabilization for individuals and families. Your role will focus on empowering clients and their families to identify and utilize long-term community resources and support systems. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will set clear treatment goals and offer clinically sound recommendations for interventions. You will lead your team in ensuring that client and family engagements are aligned with these goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing clinical support to individuals and families to help them navigate obstacles and enhance their strengths.
  • Developing support networks that empower clients to overcome barriers.
  • Offering education and guidance in areas such as effective parenting skills, positive communication, safety plans, and personal hygiene practices.
  • Assessing individual and family needs to provide tailored services (e.g., nutrition planning, budgeting assistance).

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in social work (MSW), mental health counseling (MHC), or a related field (e.g., LMFT, LICSW, LCSW, BCBA, LADC).
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is essential.
  • Valid driver's license and insured transportation, with a willingness to travel to clients' homes.
  • Background checks and driving records will be required.
