Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care in compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
- Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized resident care plans.
- Implement care protocols aimed at enhancing resident safety and well-being.
- Monitor and document changes in residents' conditions, ensuring timely communication with health care providers.
- Lead and guide direct care staff by assigning daily tasks and overseeing quality of care.
- Foster strong relationships with residents and families for effective communication and support.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, maintaining compliance with nursing policies.
- Promote a positive and encouraging culture for both residents and team members.
Qualifications Required:
- Must possess a Nursing Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution.
- Experience in long-term care, particularly with elderly patients, preferred.
- Valid RN or LPN license in the State of New Hampshire is required. IV certification is a plus. CPR certification is mandatory.
