Paid CDL Training Available
At Leesel Transportation, we offer:
- Flexible Schedule: Morning and afternoon split shifts to suit your lifestyle.
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours of work each week.
- FREE CDL Training: Get your CDL B Permit with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements or CDL C with N2 Restrictions.
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus: For fully licensed NY CDL drivers with A or B licenses with P & S endorsements - Limited time offer
- Guaranteed Weekly Earnings: $947.60/wk (CDL A, B or C with P and S Endorsement required).

Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a school bus or van to transport students to and from school.
- Monitor traffic and road conditions, ensuring a safe ride for all students.
- Follow all traffic laws and district requirements to maintain safety standards.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any concerns.
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
- Hold a valid NYS CDL Class A or B with P & S endorsements for buses, or a Class C with P & S endorsements for vans (or a willingness to obtain through our free training).
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check, while adhering to state and federal CDL guidelines.
- Non-CDL drivers must have a valid driver’s license with CDL B Permit and must acquire Passenger and School Bus Endorsements to complete CDL training.
