School Bus Driver with Flexible Hours and Sign-On Bonus

We're offering an incredible opportunity for individuals seeking a balance of pay, benefits, and flexibility. No previous bus driving experience? No problem We provide paid CDL training for those who need it, making it easy for you to start your career.
What We Offer:
- Flexible Schedule: Morning and afternoon shifts with split shifts available.
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week.
- FREE CDL Training: Obtain your CDL B Permit with Passenger and School Bus Endorsement and/or CDL C with N2 Restrictions at no cost.
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus: Available for fully licensed NY CDL drivers with A, or B licenses with P & S endorsements - Applicable for a limited time at the Brooklyn location only.
- Guaranteed Weekly Earnings: $947.60/wk (CDL A, B, or C with P and S Endorsement required).
- Earned Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Safely operating a school bus or van for student transportation to and from school.
- Monitoring traffic and student behavior to ensure a safe journey.
- Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and addressing any issues.
- Assisting students with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
- Possess a valid NYS CDL Class A or B with P & S endorsements, or Class C with P & S endorsements, or be willing to obtain through our free training.
- Must pass a drug test, background check, and comply with state and federal CDL guidelines.
- Non-CDL drivers must have a valid driver's license with a CDL B Permit with Passenger and School Bus Endorsement to participate in CDL training.
