We are on the lookout for enthusiastic candidates to join our Accelerator Program, a vibrant training opportunity designed to pave the way for your long-term success. As a Financial Representative Trainee, you'll participate in a comprehensive program that provides you with the essential skills and knowledge needed for selling Individual Insurance products and establishing a lasting financial practice.

Through a mix of self-directed learning, hands-on projects, and guidance from experienced mentors, you will receive the training and support required to run your own business and build a fulfilling career.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Begin your career with competitive earnings ranging from $36,000 to $75,000 in your first year, in addition to uncapped incentives once you complete training—your efforts will directly influence your earnings
  • A $1,000 bonus upon successful completion of the trainee program and promotion to Financial Representative.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Engage in a thorough program aimed at developing the skills necessary to provide comprehensive financial advice to clients. You will actively participate in discussions, goal-setting sessions, and progress evaluations.
  • Gain invaluable direct sales experience by marketing Individual Insurance products and passing a sales competency test.
  • Cultivate prospecting skills through research, target identification, networking, and effective communication, utilizing personal networks, community events, and social media.
  • Acquire extensive knowledge about our product offerings, showcasing expertise in their features and benefits.
  • Manage the completion of proposals and paperwork, ensuring a smooth application and underwriting process with both field and Home Office.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Successfully complete all trainee program requirements, acquiring the skills needed to excel.
  • Obtain the necessary insurance licenses before starting the job, with up to two attempts allowed for the Life and Health exam.
  • Pass the CRD/FINRA background check upon hire and maintain ongoing compliance, with securities licensing required within 24 months of joining the program.
  • Exhibit high self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset, working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Be prepared to travel up to 50% of the time, hold a valid U.S. driver's license, and have reliable transportation for meetings and appointments.
  • Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion by valuing different perspectives and demonstrating curiosity in all endeavors.

PREFERRED:

  • Knowledge of the Insurance and Financial Services industry, products, and marketing practices.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
