As a trainee Financial Representative, you'll engage in a comprehensive program designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to sell Individual Insurance products while building a sustainable financial practice.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

  • Start your journey with earning potential ranging from $36,000 to $75,000 in your first year, plus unlimited incentives upon completing your training - your efforts will directly influence your earnings
  • Receive a $1000 bonus upon successful completion of the trainee period and promotion to Financial Representative.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Participate actively in a comprehensive program focused on developing skills for offering holistic financial advice to clients through discussions, goal-setting sessions, and evaluations.
  • Gain hands-on sales experience by marketing Individual Insurance products and passing a sales process competency test.
  • Hone your prospecting skills, including research, networking, and communication via personal networks, community events, and social media.
  • Deepen your understanding of our product offerings, showcasing expertise in their features and benefits.
  • Manage documentation, proposals, and the application process to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Commitment to fulfilling all trainee program requirements, acquiring the skills needed for success.
  • Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses before starting, with up to two attempts for the Life and Health exam allowed.
  • Pass a CRD/FINRA background check at the time of hire, with securities licensing required within 24 months of entering the program.
  • Exhibit high self-motivation and result orientation, thriving both independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, possess a valid U.S. driver's license, and have reliable transportation for meetings.
  • Embrace a culture of diversity and inclusion, valuing different perspectives and listening with curiosity.

PREFERENCES:

  • Familiarity with the Insurance/Financial Services industry, products, and marketing practices is a plus.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
