As a Financial Services Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program that equips you with the skills and knowledge essential for selling Individual Insurance products and establishing a sustainable financial practice. This program combines self-study, hands-on projects, and mentorship from experienced professionals to provide you the training and support you need to succeed in your own business.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

  • Begin your career with potential earnings ranging from $36,000 to $75,000 in your first year, plus unlimited incentives once you complete training—your effort directly impacts your earnings
  • A $1,000 bonus upon the successful completion of the trainee period and promotion to Financial Representative.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Engage in a comprehensive training program to develop the skills necessary to provide holistic financial advice to clients, participating actively in classroom discussions and goal-setting sessions.
  • Gain valuable experience in direct sales by marketing Individual Insurance products and passing a sales process competency test.
  • Cultivate essential prospecting skills such as research, targeting, and networking by utilizing personal networks, community events, and social media.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, showcasing expertise in their features and benefits.
  • Ensure smooth completion of documentation, proposals, and paperwork flow between the field and Home Office during the application and underwriting process.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Ability to meet all trainee program requirements, acquiring the skills and knowledge necessary to excel.
  • Obtain required insurance licenses prior to starting the position, with up to two attempts permitted for the Life and Health exam.
  • Pass the CRD/FINRA background check during hiring and maintain compliance, obtaining securities licensing within 24 months of joining the program.
  • Be highly motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, hold a valid U.S. driver's license, and have reliable transportation for client meetings and appointments.
  • Embrace a culture of diversity and inclusion, valuing diverse ideas and perspectives while being open-minded and curious.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with the Insurance/Financial Services industry, products, and marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
