As a School Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in transporting students safely and punctually from their homes to school and back. You will ensure child safety and vehicle compliance through pre-trip inspections and adherence to Department of Transportation regulations. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a positive impact in your community
We Provide:
- Paid Training: Comprehensive CDL training available
- Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a split-shift with morning and afternoon routes.
- Guaranteed Hours: Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus: Available for fully licensed NY CDL drivers (A or B with P & S endorsements) but ONLY for our Brooklyn location—limited time offer
- Weekly Pay: Earn approximately $947.60 per week (CDL A, B, or C with P and S Endorsement required).
- Benefits: Earned Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, a 401(k) plan with company match, and optional medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Safely operating a school bus or van to transport students.
- Monitoring traffic and student behavior to ensure safety.
- Complying with all local and state traffic laws and regulations.
- Conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and reporting any issues.
- Assisting students with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed.
What We Are Looking For:
- Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
- Valid NYS CDL Class A or B with P & S endorsements or Class C with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain through our free training).
- Able to pass a drug test, background check, and comply with all federal and state CDL guidelines.
- Non-CDL drivers must have a valid driver’s license with CDL B Permit with Passenger and School Bus Endorsement.
