Compensation
  • $80,000-$85,000+ depending on experience
What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead accounting processes for multiple facilities, ensuring accurate and timely financials
  • Oversee billing, invoicing, and collections in line with GAAP and contractual terms
  • Manage month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Prepare financial statements and documentation for audits
  • Provide oversight of travel expenses and general ledger coding
  • Partner with leadership to identify efficiencies and support business growth
What You'll Need to be Considered
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of Accounting experience, with at least 3 year in public accounting (REQUIRED)
  • Strong understanding of GAAP Accounting, General Ledger, Financial Reports, Journal Entries and the "why" behind them
  • ERP system experience (Dynamics preferred, others considered)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Self-directed with the ability to take ownership and get the job done
  • Background in public accounting required
